Refund Policy for Digital Services and Computer Education

AAJ Education provides professional services including Website Development, Web Designing, MLM Software Development, Digital Marketing, Computer Courses, Pharmacy Education and other professional digital services in Haridwar. This refund policy explains how cancellation and refund requests are handled.

Service Payments and Cancellation Policy

Service-Based Payments: Most services involve planning, consultation, design, development, digital work, software setup or educational support. Once work has started, payments are generally non-refundable because resources and time are already used.

Cancellation Before Work Starts: If cancellation is requested before work begins, AAJ Education may review the request and process a refund after deducting consultation, processing or administrative charges.

Website Development: Payments for website design, website development, UI/UX design, domain setup, hosting setup or technical configuration are not refundable once project work has started.

MLM Software Development: Payments for MLM Software Development, setup, customization, admin panel development, commission plan setup or software activation are not refundable once work has started or the service has been activated.

Digital Marketing Services: Payments for social media marketing, business promotion, branding, creative designing and digital campaigns are not refundable once planning, content work or campaign activity has started.

Computer Courses and Education Programs: Course or program fees are generally non-refundable once admission, registration, counselling, batch allocation or learning support process has started.

Third-Party Services: Payments for third-party services such as hosting, domain, payment gateway, plugins, APIs, software tools or external integrations are non-refundable once purchased or activated.

Refund Process and Support

Refund Request: To request a refund, contact AAJ Education with your payment details, service name, registration details and reason for cancellation. Every request will be reviewed according to the service status and agreed terms.

Processing Time: Approved refunds may take a few working days depending on your bank, payment method or payment gateway process.
